A simple and tropical mango chia pudding made with only 4 ingredients is the perfect summer snack or dessert that is paleo and Whole30 too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond-coconut milk
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 2 teaspoons coconut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend milk, mango and coconut butter until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into glass jar and stir in chia seeds.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  4. Top with flaked coconut and enjoy!
