A simple and tropical mango chia pudding made with only 4 ingredients is the perfect summer snack or dessert that is paleo and Whole30 too!
- 1 cup almond-coconut milk
- 1 cup diced mango
- 2 teaspoons coconut butter
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- Blend milk, mango and coconut butter until smooth.
- Pour mixture into glass jar and stir in chia seeds.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Top with flaked coconut and enjoy!
