Nothing says fall like this easy, veggie packed sweet potato pie smoothie! With added protein powder and granola, this is a complete and balanced breakfast.
- 1 cup sweet potato, steamed and frozen
- 3/4 cup zucchini, steamed and frozen
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I love Nuzest Clean Lean Protein)
- 1 date, pitted
- 1–1.5 cups almond milk
- Granola for topping!
- Combine all ingredients in a high powdered blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with your favorite granola!
