Nothing says fall like this easy, veggie packed sweet potato pie smoothie! With added protein powder and granola, this is a complete and balanced breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sweet potato, steamed and frozen
  • 3/4 cup zucchini, steamed and frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I love Nuzest Clean Lean Protein)
  • 1 date, pitted
  • 11.5 cups almond milk
  • Granola for topping!

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high powdered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with your favorite granola!
