This sparkling ginger lemon mocktail is bright, lemony, and ginger-spiced – a great option when you’re looking for an alcohol-free drink with a twist!
OH my GOSH.
I have found a new major cocktail LOVE. Well I guess it’s not a traditional cocktail because there’s no alcohol. But it is lemony and bright and spicy too – all of the flavors I like to see in my drinks! Plus, sometimes I want to feel fancy on a Wednesday and I don’t want to have alcohol… this is the drink for that.
And when you want to feel fancy on a weeknight, you serve mocktails in FAB pineapple tumblers. I mean, how fun are these?! I received these as a birthday gift last year and they make everything you drink out of them feel special!
Between the tumblers and the fresh flavors of lemon and ginger, this sparkling ginger lemon mocktail is the drink of the summer!
And if you were to ask me, this is the song of the summer… or at least my song of the summer – until something else catches my ear!
Are you a fan of The Lumineers?
To be honest, I have never been. I didn’t necessarily dislike them; they just never really did anything for me. But since their most recent album came out, I fell in love with Cleopatra.
I’m on the road today and making my way home to Minnesota! Pat and I are going to be helping my mom pack up her house (she’s moving!) and we will be celebrating a belated Mother’s Day too. And of course, we are going to see some friends.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Cheers!
