Nothing is better than dinner in 30 minutes… except when it is cooked on ONE sheet pan! These sheet pan sausage and peppers are Whole30 approved and make a quick and easy weeknight meal – no prep required!


  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 white onion
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 package pre-cooked Italian chicken sausage (make sure there is no sugar!)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Slice bell peppers and onion. Place on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the sausage to the sheet pan and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
