Nothing is better than dinner in 30 minutes… except when it is cooked on ONE sheet pan! These sheet pan sausage and peppers are Whole30 approved and make a quick and easy weeknight meal – no prep required!
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 white onion
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 package pre-cooked Italian chicken sausage (make sure there is no sugar!)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Slice bell peppers and onion. Place on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Add the sausage to the sheet pan and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
