After a long summer of hella hot weather, I could not be happier the temperatures are dropping and fall is here. Nothing makes me happier than sweater weather, football on Sundays and cozy warm meals that are made in the slow cooker.

Boy, do I have just the recipe for you! It’s paleo and Whole30 approved, made in the slow cooker (winning!), has pumpkin (basic! but so so good), and brings the heat.

I made and shot this chili recipe on a Sunday; it was cool and crisp. I was wearing my Sunday Chicago Bears sweater and football was on the TV… which is pretty much as fall as you can get.

We’re here and it’s fall and this chili needs to be added to your menu plan for the weekend!

GANG, you are going to go crazy for this whole30 turkey chili! It’s…

  • protein packed (thank you turkey!)
  • loaded with vegetables – like so so many… onion, bell peppers, carrots, butternut squash, jalapenos, tomatoes!
  • supa spicy – but you can totally knock down the spicy if that’s not your thing.
  • made in a SLOW COOKER

I mean, it’s the total package. And so are you – don’t forget that 😉
