I know. I know. You’re probably questioning my sanity because I’m posting Whole30 recipes when Christmas is literally 4 days away. But hear me out!!
Last December I was diagnosed with Celiacs and my world was rocked. I immediately cut out gluten and then completed a January Whole30 to determine if other foods were affecting my autoimmune issues. And it was amazing. I have never felt as good as I did that month and it transformed the way I eat, the types of recipes I create, and the information that I share with you.
