Kale-Almond Pesto

Ingredients

  • 2 cups torn kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup almonds, raw

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except almonds in a food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Add in almonds and pulse until it reaches your desired consistency.
  3. Eat it on top of all of your favorite foods – eggs, pizza, pasta!
