A legume-less hummus perfect for St. Patrick’s Day – Cilantro Lime Cashew Hummus is full of flavor, paleo, and Whole30 approved!


  • 1 1/2 cups raw cashews
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Cilantro leaves from an entire bunch


  1. Soak raw cashews in hot water for at least one hour until soft.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews. Add them to the basin of your food processor.
  3. Add all ingredients, process until smooth.
