My favorite latte flavor in granola form. This chai spiced granola combines all of fall’s warmest spices with oats and almonds for breakfast.
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon all spice
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds and spices. Stir to combine. Add maple syrup and coconut oil and mix until well coated.
- Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
