Happy Tuesday friends! I whipped up this sweet treat a few weeks ago when I wanted dessert but my AC was broken and it was WAY too hot to turn on the oven. I hope you enjoy my chocolate cherry almond butter fudge!

There are many things that I love about this recipe:

  • made with only 5 ingredients
  • it’s sweet an salty
  • no bake, freezer fudge, summer dessert heaven

CHOCOLATE CHERRY ALMOND BUTTER FUDGE

This fudge comes together in 10 minutes and is my new favorite summer dessert! Thank goodness for sweet treats that do not require turning on the oven.

Let’s chat about the ingredients that make this almond butter freezer fudge my best friend:

Almond Butter – Almond butter serves as the base of this recipe. You definitely want to make sure you’re using an all-natural, drippy AB!

Maple Syrup – Maple syrup adds just a touch of sweetness. You can sub honey, but have found that honey has a much more distinct flavor and I didn’t like it as much in this recipe.

Square Root Chocolate Cherry Chia Nutnola – HELLO. This granola is the star of the show! Sprinkled on top of the almond butter base, Square Root nutnola adds a great texture and a little tartness to our fudge!

Maldon Sea Salt Flakes – Because salty-sweet treats are everything.

The only thing better than a 5 ingredient recipe, is a no bake dessert! Let’s see how easy they are…

  1. Add coconut oil to a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, or until melted.
  2. Add almond butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Using a silicone mold, or a parchment lined bread pan, distribute mixture between wells.
  4. Top with Square Root Chocolate Cherry Chia Nutnola and sprinkle with Maldon Sea Salt.
  5. Freeze until set and store in the freezer until ready to eat.
  6. If using a bread pan, remove from freezer and run a sharp knife under hot water. Slice fudge into 16 squares and store in the freezer until ready to eat.a stack of chocolate cherry almond butter fudge
