This two ingredient dark chocolate dipped coconut bite will satisfy your sweet tooth without making you feel guilty! It is the perfect after dinner treat!

These have been such an easy treat to have after dinner. I always want something sweet at night. I think it is because my entire childhood was filled with ice cream after dinner. Literally. Every. If I were to eat that much ice cream now, I would certainly be sick. But dairy-free dark chocolate and coconut? Oh hello, I’m your girl.
We’re heading up to a friend’s lake house for the weekend and I couldn’t be more excited! I hope you are having a great week and take some time to eat a sweet treat today!
